What is the deadline for submitting entries?
Entries for the 2010 AF&PA Recycling Awards must be received by midnight ET on February 9, 2010.

How are the entries judged?
Entries are reviewed by a panel of judges that includes industry and environmental organization representatives. Entries are judged on the criteria established for each award.

How do I submit my entry?
Entries can either be submitted through the paperrecycles.org website or by mail.

Is there a fee to submit an entry?
There is no fee to enter the AF&PA Recycling Awards program.

Will entries be returned to me?
Entries will not be returned unless requested. AF&PA reserves the right to use, produce, edit, or publish the submitted information for any purpose. By submission of this entry, you agree that AF&PA has the right to use any portion of your submitted information, name, and likeness.

How many awards are distributed?
In 2010, AF&PA will recognize one award winner in each of the following categories: business, community, and school.

When will the award winners be announced?
Award winners will be announced in March, recognized during a local meeting or event, and promoted on the paperrecycles.org website.

Why is the AF&PA College/University Recycling Award no longer available? Due to AF&PA’s sponsorship of the RecycleMania program, we will no longer offer the College/University Recycling Award. For more information on the RecycleMania program and contest information, visit www.recyclemaniacs.org.
